Project Overview
On behalf of The Crown Estate, London and acting as landlord at St James's, London, BNP Paribas manages a number of prestigious properties. They are responsible for managing the entire range of FM services and service charges in 35 prime locations in St. James’s and the Haymarket.
Evbex supported BNP Paribas in developing new cleaning and waste management strategy and standards through a procurement process which focused on achieving the very best service quality and innovative waste management services. Evbex has also undertaken a detailed review of another service line with the aim of significantly improving service and performance.
Evbex were responsible for establishing a new strategy for the cleaning and waste management services from first principles and ensuring that the strategy and plan became an operational reality.
This involved assessing the buildings in scope; understanding and integrating the various stakeholder requirements, including multiple tenants in all buildings, to ensure the delivery of enhanced FM services at a reduced cost base.
A particular challenge included balancing the demands of several stakeholder groups and also ensuring a cost reduction and tailored services for each property. Stakeholders included the Crown Estate , BNP Paribas, all of the tenant organisations in each property and also the Building Managers.
The FM solution included a vastly improved range of FM services and an innovative solution to waste management in Central London.
A flexible solution was also required to future-proof the ever changing estate.
The contract duration was 3 years with an option to extend for a further two years subject to meeting agreed standards.
