Richard Davies

Managing Director & Global Solutions Director

Richard Davies
Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and facilities management industry. Within facilities management he has held senior operational roles, managing large FM contracts and for the last 15 years has collaborated and worked with ‘C’ Suite Levels of numerous organisations in the UK and globally in a consultancy and advisory capacity. He has a track record of generating sustainable cost savings and efficiencies whilst simultaneously improving quality and service standards. His passion is to establish demonstrable best value outcomes and he pioneered a revolutionary standard (Quality-Value index) to guide organisations towards ‘World Class’ FM services. He has undertaken significant research in the industry, served on many boards and panels within leading industry bodies and is a visiting lecturer at several Universities. He has a Masters Degree in Facilities Management and has numerous qualifications in contract management, total quality management and he is an ISO 41001 Certified Lead Implementer Professional.

Andrew Tuite
Prior to joining Evbex, Andrew managed his own business and was a highly successful business consultant with Business Wales. He has an ability to educate, teach and coach businesses to become successful in their own right. He has developed and supported several successful businesses across a broad spectrum but predominately in the technology space. He has a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA) complemented with professional Consulting qualifications. Andrew’s skill lies in helping businesses to utilise technology for productivity improvement and efficiency gains. Using a passionate, engaging, and collaborative style Andrew deploys and encourages critical thinking and strategic planning to provide support for businesses from idea stage through to sustained growth. Andrew is also a university guest lecturer on MBA courses.

Basu is highly qualified in the FM and project management sector. He has an MBA, majoring in Project Management, he is also an IFMA Certified Tutor and an ISO Lead Tutor and Assessor.

With 25 years within the Facilities Management industry and contracts management covering the UK, USA and Middle East. Kevin has worked with a number of companies within the Retail, Hospitality, Pharmaceutical and Property construction and development industries and has built up a detailed knowledge of these industries. Having worked for 9 years in the UAE he has worked across a number of sectors and has an understanding of how to develop and build partnerships for companies wishing to enter and grow their businesses in the region.

Darien has 10 years’ industry experience and specializes in FM procurement, specifically in helping bring together client organisations with the best suppliers in the market. In his time as a Procurement Consultant, he has developed a unique understanding of what clients want from their service providers. As a CIPS qualified professional, he has managed numerous tender programmes for clients in both the private and public sectors, always with the aim of securing a best value solution for both parties.Using a professional and thorough tender process that is bespoke to each client's requirements, combined with a tailored set of Contract documents, He has worked across the UK and internationally, developing procurement strategy solutions to a number of high profile clients.
Samantha Raishbrook

Samantha is a committed Property and Facilities Management professional holding the Fellow grade of membership of The British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM). With 25 years operational and senior management experience within the Property and Facilities Management industry she is experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams across regional and national portfolios. She is an independent thinker with strategic planning and risk management experience, that is both innovative and resourceful acting as both owner and occupier. She is considered to be an industry leader, both commercially experienced and technically competent, holding qualifications within key areas of general safety, fire safety and risk management, environmental management and project management which are all directly relevant to the FM role.

Phil is an Asset Management/EAMS Consultant and project manager with experience in advising and supporting international companies to achieve best practice. He is an experienced Commercial Director with a proven track record in strategic and day-to-day project and commercial management. Analytically minded and skilled in development of asset management frameworks, processes and procedures. Phil has been instrumental in setting up the Facilities and Property Management division of a major international Property Consultancy Organisation.

Eranda Maldeniya
With over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, Eranda is the Head of Product Development Project Director at Evbex-FRP. He is a product development specialist who has a wide experience in design and development of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Further, he is a Principal Consultant specialized in ERP domain. Eranda holds a BSc (Hons) Special degree in Accounting, and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM). He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers (CPM).

Nuwandi Madushani
Nuwandi is the principal software developer for Rvbex-FRP. Nuwandi has several years’ experience as a Senior Software Engineer with high level programming languages. Previous experiences include Software Engineering at Assette Software and DPL Holdings, Sri Lanka. Strong education professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Information Technology.

Ruwan Pushpakumara
Ruwan is a software engineer for Evbex-FRP. Ruwan’s previous experience was as an associate software Engineer for Allianz Insurance, a global insurance policy provider. He has worked on HRIS Systems, ERP Systems & payroll systems. He has a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology and is currently studying for a Bachelor of Information Technology Degree.

Jathu is an innovative and knowledgeable professional facilities management graduate with experience of managing both in-house and outsourced facilities management resources and contracts. He has strong organizational and analytical skills to provide efficient, timely, reliable service to clients and ability to effectively present client's needs to service providers. He has a BSc Honours Degree in Facilities Management.
